In August 2010 I was asked to capture the events of Kalbir & Jess' blessing following their marriage ceremony that had already taken place.

The challenge with this booking was that neither Kalbir nor Jess wanted formal posed photographs. They prefered to spend their day celebrating and sharing time with friends and family. My brief very simply was to turn up, keep my trigger finger busy, and wait to be called for formal group shots. So, I was to be a discreet as possible but at the same time I really wanted to capture the expressions on their faces as the day progressed. Coming soon are a few examples of how I got on.
